Alongside media segments, articles and comments, Dr Audrey has been involved in a number of TV programmes, as well as continuing to promote practical wellbeing through hosting her own radio show, and podcast. 

The latter has also enabled her to interview many wellbeing advocates showcasing their work, as well as for some experientially building their own confidence in broadcast in her Studio "Wellbeing Media".

Audrey releases a regular podcast "Retrain Your Brain" presented as “10 minutes on her couch” to deal with common psychological issues and misconceptions, practical tools to live your best life, winning first place in the categories of "Mental Health" and "Self Improvement" in the Positive Change Podcast Awards.

The Wellbeing Lounge on NLive Radio on Tuesdays at 9pm, is an hour of mental health and wellbeing chat showcasing local services, wellbeing experts as well as those sharing lived experiences to support and inspire the community.  Every month Audrey produces a special "magazine" episode where she's joined by an expert panel giving their tips along with a special wellbeing guest.  The special along with guest interviews are also released as The Wellbeing Lounge Podcast.
The Wellbeing Lounge was shortlisted as "Specialist Show of the Year (Content)" at the 2023 Community Radio Awards, and Audrey again took away SILVER for Female Presenter of the Year.


 

To date, Audrey is regularly invited to broadcast community events, celebrating the work being done locally.

2022, Disruptive TV

Dr Audrey created a livestreaming show Tuesday 5.30-6.00pm from 2nd August 2022 running for 6 weeks on Disruptive TV

The show celebrates grassroots initiatives, gives voice to those working at ground level to meet the real needs and address the real problems, and explores how we can put action behind our social conscience.

2021, CHANNEL 4

DON’T DIET LOSE WEIGHT

As well as support from psychologists and dieticians, and guided by an “AI” coach named FAI,  state of the art technology was used to show two people who had struggled to lose weight in the past a visualisation of their future potential. The participants were then followed up at 3 months to reveal their progress.  The programme was broadcast on Channel 4.
 

Dr Audrey filmed advice and explanation segments as well as supporting the participants throughout as the voice of “FAI”.

DISRUPTIVE TV

2016 – PRESENT, DISRUPTIVE LIVE – LIVESTREAM

Dr Audrey is a regular speaker and host of talks and programmes on Disruptive TV. 

 

She was part of their “Glass box” expert series (2017) – where authors give the headlines of their work using a “glass box” as a writing board; a regular presenter on “Seasons” (2021 to date) – which comprises short talks on the topics of business, future, and growth; as well as a presenter on their “Disruptive Talks” (2020) programme – a set of “TED-style” talks offering viewers practical development tools.

 

Audrey also hosted “Psych Back to Basics” (2020) a “lunchtime learning” show for leadership skills, and is currently working on a new series where she will interview charities and social enterprises giving voice and raising awareness of the wonderful work in the Third Sector.

2014-2020

THE CHRISSY B SHOW

From 2014 until the end of its run, Dr Audrey was the resident psychologist on the Chrissy B Show on Sky, the UK’s only TV show dedicated to Mental Health and Wellbeing. 

 

In her “Psychology Matters” segments, Audrey explained common psychological issues as well as offer practical tips for support, and give analysis on guest stories.  In 2018 Audrey was given the opportunity to present an “outside broadcast” segment “Test the Trend” where she, along with her dog Brandy would learn about new wellbeing initiatives, and through 2020, Audrey supported with Interviews and Anchoring the show.

The Wellbeing Lounge (syndicated as “The Lounge” on Mind Station) is the Mental Health show on NLive Radio content created, edited and produced by Dr Audrey who also sources guests experts and presenters for her informative and uplifting chats.  A development from her previous radio shows, Audrey’s radio and podcast work continues her desire to keep the mental health conversation going and as well as interviewing experts in the field, she also works with community groups to give them a platform and voice to showcase their projects.

For her mental health work on NLive Radio, Audrey received SILVER - Female Presenter of the Year at the Community Radio Awards, 2022.

LIFESTYLE MK
Secklow Sounds, 2015 - 2017

LifestyleMK was Secklow’s lifestyle and wellness show.  Broadcast live, it was an hour long “Girls Night In” to discuss issues and peeves.  Audrey created and produced the show weekly also managing a small team of presenters including a co-host, fitness expert, vet, newsreader and guests.

ASK AUDREY
Climax Radio, 2014 - 2015

Climax Radio created “Ask Audrey” to offer mental health support and tips to their listeners.  It was a 2 hour show broadcast on a Monday morning covering topical issues, and included calls into the station from the audience.
