XERO
Accountancy software firm Xero assembled a task force to tackle the subject of late payments to small businesses. Dr Audrey joined experts from different fields (Linguistics, Accountancy, Small Business Owners, Journalists) to discuss the ethics surrounding “trade credit” for a small business in order to develop a document to present at government level.

Dr Audrey was part of the panel to launch the new Sparks Loyalty programme where speaking on the topic of loyalty and customer expecations drew from her own PhD Research.
